Assorted tortilla wraps cut into portions. Variety of meats including Montreal smoked beef, chicken, salmon, and slow roasted beef.





Sandwiches made on variety of artisan fresh bread and vegetables. Varieties included: corned beef, egg salad, Montreal smoked beef, turkey, and honey ham. Cut into 1/4 for easy picking.

Bought fresh from the fish market.  Seasoned and cooked in a garlic and herb butter sauce.  Served hot.  



Rosemary Chicken Tenders


Lightly breaded strips of chicken breast, panfried & finished off in our ovens. Served Hot.



Coconut Shrimp


Breaded with panko and coconut, fried golden brown. Served hot.



Imported Cheese platter


Assortment of unique cheeses from around the world, red and green grapes, and biscuits to pair.
