 Pinwheel wrap platter:  $3.80

Assorted tortilla wraps cut into portions. Variety of montreal smoked beef, chicken, salmon, and slow roasted beef.

 

 

Sandwiches:  $3.80

Sandwiches made on variety of artisan fresh bread and vegetables. Varieties included: corned beef, egg salad, montreal smoked beef, turkey, and honey ham. (choices may be excluded, or exclusive.) Cut into 1/4 for easy picking

 

Tomato and Basil Bruschette  $2.70

Home made brochette served with rye and french baked crudités 

 

Fruit platter  $2.50

Seasonal fresh cut fruit, cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon, strawberries, grapes and oranges.   

 

Add chocolate fountain.  $125 for 50 guests

 

Mixed Cold Cut Platter  $3.60

Rolled hors d’oeuvres of honey ham, turkey, variety sausages, and artisan crackers, and cheese.

 

Vegetable Platter  $2.50

Assorted cut garden vegetables, carrots, celery, cucumbers, red peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Served with ranch

 

Spinach Artichoke dip  $2.00

Our homemade recipe served in a sour dough bowl, with fresh bread bites

 

Jumbo Prawns  $5.60

Bought fresh from the fish market.  Seasoned and cooked in a garlic and herb butter sauce, served hot.  

 

Imported Cheese platter  $11.10

Assortment of unique cheeses from around the world, red and green grapes, and biscuits to pair. 

 

Honey Garlic Glazed Spare Ribs  $4.50

Braised spare ribs marinated and slow roasted in our homemade recipe served hot.  

 

 Smoked Salmon  $5.80

Can’t beat fresh smoked Pacific Salmon, Garnished with cappers lemon and dill

 

Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin Bites  $7.75

Using only the best of Alberta beef, lightly seasoned and sauteed wrapped in homemade smoked bacon and served hot. 

 

Rosemary Chicken Tenders $4.50

Lightly breaded strips of chicken breasts, panfried and finished off in our ovens

 

Baked Chicken Wings  $5.60

We bread and season these chicken wings from scratch. Served hot. Please choose one flavour per order. (honey garlic, sweet chilli, bbq, salt and pepper, hot)

 

Dessert  Platter  $3.10

Homemade squares & dessert platter

     Combination of:   double chocolate brownies, lemon coconut, date, almond roca, pumpkin, and maccaroons.
